Most compression socks are designed for circulation, and they treat your foot like one solid shape. These start from a foot that hurts to touch. Completely different problem.
The open toe is the thing. If you've got neuropathy, the toes are usually the worst of it. Burning, tingling, dead numb, sometimes all three at once. A closed toe box sits right on top of that. NanoSocks leave the toes out of it and put the graduated 360-degree compression on the arch, ankle and lower leg instead. Simple idea, and I'm honestly a little surprised more socks don't do it.
Construction is a 3-D Nano-Weave, 70% nylon and 30% spandex, with a neoprene comfort band at the top and a moisture-wicking finish. In plain terms it stretches in more than one direction and it holds on without a hard elastic cuff cutting a line into your calf. The moisture-wicking part I'd normally skim past, but eight hours in a shoe is eight hours in a shoe.

The reviews are pretty consistent here. Two groups do best. People on their feet for a living, and people fighting swelling. A hairstylist calls them a game changer in her own words. Who doesn't get much
People with extensive nerve damage. I'd rather say that at the top than let you find out at the bottom, and the reviews that say it are printed further down in the buyers' own words. I never comment on these things, but... I ordered some and I Love them. I'm a hairstylist, so on my feet a lot. These socks really are a game changer for me.

They work! I have had to take gabapentin three or four times a day for my feet with neuropathy. These socks have allowed me to stop taking so much medication and the pain and itching is much reduced.

These socks helps with Neuropathy pain, burning, tingling. However the socks are not a cure. I have worn them for six months now. I can tell that my pain Is much less when I ware the socks.
These do help some. But if you have extensive nerve damage like I do the help is minimal at best. I will say when the foot is really acting up these can take the pain from a 10 down to about a 6. May not seem like much but it definitely makes a difference.
I received my nansocks and they make me feel better. Feel they are challenging to put on as I have difficulty bend and need help to put them on but once on definitely an improvement thank you
